Location: The occurrence is on North Star Creek, probably on the west side at an elevation of about 1,300 feet. It is locality 39 of Hummel (1962 [MF 248]) and locality 81 of Hummel (1975). The location is probably accurate within about 1,000 feet of the coordinates.
Geology: Hummel (1962 [MF 248]) identified this as an iron sulfide occurrence, including arsenopyrite with pyrite and possibly pyrrhotite. The host rock is amphibolite facies metasedimentary bedrock. No other information is available.
Workings: Prospect pit.
Development Status: None
Deposit Model: Iron sulfides in amphibolite facies metasedimentary rocks.
