A surface Cu occurrence/prospect located in sec. 9, T25S, R24E, ½ mile east of Bisbee on private and state land. Discovered 1977.

Mineralization is hosted in the Precambrian Pinal Schist. Ore control was intrusions and lithology. Alteration was hydrothermal, oxidation, silicification and pyritization.
