Köppen climate type:
Rare metal deposit, hosted in a Cenozoic alkali-feldspar granite characterized by high SiO2 and alkali contents and a high abundance of REE and LILE (K, Rb, Cs, Li) elements. The respective granitic magma experienced a complex evolution from rare-earth-mineralized granite through Nb-Ta-mineralized granite to Sn-W-mineralized granite. Disseminated ores occur in the strongly greisenized and potassic-altered weathering crust; veined ores occur in greisens developed in the contact zone. The Rb grades classify it as a superlarge rubidium deposit.
