Proterozoic basement inlier, consisting predominantly of mafic and felsic-intermediate volcanics and volcanogenic sedimentary rocks that host auriferous vein lodes, and copper-zinc sulphide mineralization. A dioritic complex crops out discontinuously at a number of places.
