The Lopez Incline is located just below and south of the North Mesa No. 2 Adit. The workings descended northward for about 100 feet, then drift eastward for another 200 feet with stoped out areas where the ore was mined. Uranium and vanadium were both mined here.

The adit for the Lopez Incline has been covered up and backfilled with dump material from the North Mesa adits above.
