Grube Roland (Grube Glückauf; einschl. Grube Heinrich), Stulln, Landkreis Schwandorf, Oberpfalz, Bayern, Deutschland
This mine was started in 1928 by the "Süddeutsche Flußspatwerke GmbH" under the name Glückauf Mine, but was abandoned again the year after when the company went bankrupt. In 1932, it was acquired by Kurt Heinrich, who owned the adjacent Heinrich Mine that had been working on the same vein since 1927. The workings were amalgamated and continued operation under the name Glückauf Mine but were eventually renamed Roland Mine around 1939-40. In 1961, the deposit was exhausted and the mine was closed.
