Volcanogenic-hydrothermal-sedimentary massive sulphide Pb-Zn-(Cu) deposit, occurring in a fault-controlled epicontinental aulacogen. Host rocks are mainly Early Cambrian dolomite marble (with oolitic texture) and tremolite marble, interlayered with metavolcanic rocks and carbonaceous shales. Wallrock alteration is not visible adjacent to the main deposit. Tremolite alteration in the wallrock above the deposit is not closely related.
