The Maighels Glacier (Romansh Glatscher da Maighels) is an Alpine glacier in the westernmost corner of the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. It is located on the northwest slope of the Piz Ravetsch (3007 m above sea level) and its secondary peak Piz Borel (2952 m above sea level) in the rear Val Maighels in the area of the municipality of Tujetsch in the Surselva.
The small glacier is separated into two parts by a rocky ridge. Around 100 years ago, however, the two parts in the lower area were still connected. The eastern part is slightly larger and longer. Like all other glaciers in the region, the Maighels Glacier is continuing to show significant retreat. However, the Maighels Glacier is not continuously monitored or measured.
The two glacier tongues feed the Rein da Maighels, one of the source rivers of the Vorderrhein.
The glacier can be easily reached through Val Maighels from Tschamut and the Maighelshütte and can be skied on in winter with touring skis.
