A Cu-Ni-Co-PGE (Pt-Pd) occurrence.

Mineralization is a deposit (Duluth Cu-Ni-PGE), hosted in rocks of the Duluth Complex, ultramafic series (troctolite, gabbro). A troctolitic sequence, divided into 3 major units.

Structure: Faulting related to rift origin of Duluth Complex.

Tectonic Structure: Incipient rift in Precambrian shield.
