An abandoned gold property, one of many in the area tapping northerly trending quartz veins cutting schist of the Cambrian to Proterozoic Mather Gorge Formation, part of what was previously called the Wissahickon Formation. 600 meters of workings consist of a series of cuts, trenches, pits and shafts along two nearly parallel veins converging to the north. Coordinates are for the main cut at the north end. Started about 1890.
