A potash mine, now defunct, produced 0.8 million t/y K2O. Started in 1985, was owned by Denison-Potacan. Mining operations were permanently suspended and the mine closed in 1997 due to a serious inflow of water that could not be stemmed.


Similar to the Millstream and Penobsquis deposits.
