A former Hg mine located in secs. 23, 25 & 26, T12N, R5W, MDM, 5.0 km (3.1 miles) NNW of Knoxville (Napa County), at the northern tip of the Knoxville District, on private land. This property covers an area a little over 1 mile long and several hundred yards wide. Discovered in 1870. First produced in 1871. Production years included: 1873-1880, 1914-1917, 1931-1932, 1939-1948. Owned by the Bradley Mining Co. MRDS database accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Mineralization is Pliocene in age and is hosted in rocks of the Franciscan Complex (Late Jurassic-Late Cretaceous serpentinite). The ore body strikes NW and dips SW at a width of 30.48 meters and a length of 1,609.3 meters. Controls for ore emplacement included altered serpentine and a fault zone. The mineralized zone lies on a NW-trending fault that is the contact between serpentine on the SW side and sandstone and shale of the Great Valley sequence (Knoxville) on the NE side. Alteration is local and involves silica carbonate alteration of serpentine. Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 3 (Coast Ranges and Western Klamath Mountains).

Local structures include a serpentine - sediment contact.

Workings include surface and underground openings with a length of 1,828.8 meters and an overall depth of 106.68 meters.
