A former lode Au mine located in the SW¼SE¼SW¼ sec. 21, T40N, R6W, MDM, 0.4 km (1,400 feet) ENE of Harmon site, along Cedar Creek (1.2 miles ENE of Slide Lake), on National Forest land. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is hosted in dacite. An altered dacite dike intrudes serpentinite. Alteration is local (hydrothermal, pyritization). Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 1 (Trinity Ophiolite).

Workings include surface openings comprised of a hydraulic pit 400 feet long, 50 feet wide and 25-40 feet deep.
