A former lode Au mine located in NW¼NE¼ sec. 30, T38N, R9W, MDM, 5.1 km (3.2 miles) NE of Packers Peak, on Bureau of Land Management/National Forest wilderness land (Trinity Alps Wilderness). MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.
Mineralization is hosted in mica schist. The ore body is 0.15 meter thick. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 9 (Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a 30 foot deep shaft and a 50 foot adit.
