A former lode Au-Cu mine located in secs. 27 & 35, T33N, R6W, MDM (coordinates estimated; sections projected), 1.2 km (3,900 feet) ESE of Iron Mountain (summit) (coordinates of record). The property consisted of 30 claims. Produced 1924. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in quartz diorite. The ore body forms lenses and strikes N60E, dipping 70N at 1.22 meters thick. There are 3 parallel veins each 2 to 4 feet thick. Ore bodies are small and consist of pyrite with chalcopyrite in quartz veins. There is free Au associated with sulphide ore. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 4 (Klamath Mountains and Northern Sierra Nevada).

Workings include underground openings and are comprised of several thousand feet of adits and winzes.
