A former Au occurrence/mine located in the S½NE¼ sec. 8, T32S, R47E (also in secs. 9, 16 & 27), MDM, 4.0 km (2.5 miles) NNW of Williams Well (5 miles NNW of the summit of Lane Mountain). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is . The reference (Oesterling & Spurck) locates workings in scattered sections.

Mineralization is hosted in diorite. The deposit consists of Cu- and Fe-stained quartz veins. Local rocks include Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of pits and shallow shafts.
