A former Au-Cu-Fe occurrence/mine located in sec. 22, T1S, R12E, SBM, 2.4 km (1.5 miles) NE of New Dale. The property is comprised of 6 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters. Active in the early 1940's. Adjoins the Ivanhoe Mine on the NW.
Mineralization is hosted in andesite. The ore body strikes N20W and dips 80E at a thickness of 1.83 meters. The vein is 2 to 6 feet thick and is stained with copper oxides. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include underground openings comprised of 4 adits at 200 to 600 feet in length.
