A Cu prospect located in sec. 13, T2N, R25E, SBM, 5.6 km (3.5 miles) WSW of Monument Peak (coordinates of record), along Bennett Wash, on Bureau of Land Management administered land (located claim). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

This property was examined in conjunction with the mineral appraisal of the Whipple Mountains Wilderness Study Area (Bureau of Land Management) in 1980. Backup information can be found in the WFOC mineral property files.

Ore body No. 1 is tabular in a shear zone. Ore body No. 2 is irregular in a fissure vein. The primary mode of origin was hydrothermal activity, The secondary mode was oxidation. Primary ore control was folding and the secondary control was faulting. Wallrock alteration is slight (propylitic). Local rocks include Precambrian igneous and metamorphic rock complex.
