A W occurrence/prospect located in sec. 32, T31S, R47E & in sec. 4, T32S, R47E, MDM, 6.4 km (4.0 miles) N of Williams Well (coordinates of record), N of Barstow and S of the southern perimeter of Fort Irwin military reservation (8 miles S of Goldstone). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in diorite and quartz diorite. The ore body strikes NE and dips NW at a width of 0.91 meter and a length of 304.8 meters. Several veins occur with scheelite disseminated in the quartz vein. Scheelite also occurs in the granitic rock adjacent to the veins. Local rocks include Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).

Workings include surface openings comprised of a few shallow pits and trenches.
