A former Au-Ag-Cu-Pb occurrence/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 21, T2N, R2E, SBM, 3.4 km (2.1 miles) E of Silver Peak [1] (coordinates of record), on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. Local rocks include Carboniferous marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Mojave Desert) and/or Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
Workings include underground openings with a length of 70.1 meters and are comprised of an adit.
Production data are found in: Goodwin, Joseph Grant (1957).
A small amount of Au-Ag ore was produced in 1952 that had minor Pb-Cu.
