A reported placer Au occurrence/mine located in the NW¼ sec. 15, T2N, R3E, SBM, 3.1 km (1.9 miles) ENE of Tip Top Mountain (coordinates of record), at the S end of Rattlesnake Canyon, just N of Vaughn Spring, on federal recreation lands (Bighorn Mountain and Whitewater River National Recreation Lands). Owned & operated by Lon Giger, California (1991). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
