A former Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Mn-Fe occurrence/mine located in the S½SW¼ sec. 1, T3N, R1W, SBM, 1.5 km (0.9 mile) NW of Furnace Spring, along Crystal Creek on the N flank of the mountains (6 miles N of Fawnskin). The property is comprised of 12 claims known as the Golden Chariot group. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in dolomite & sedimentary breccia. The ore body strikes NE, N80W and dips 35SE, 70SW at a thickness of 1.83 meters. Controls for ore emplacement included a fault that strikes E and dips 70S. The vein is 4 to 6 feet thick. A larger shear zone is 2 to 6 feet thick. Narrow clay gouge was reported to carry Au values with some Pb, Ag & Cu. The vein walls also show fractures.

The brecciated dolomite was also described as granite cataclasite. Rock on the dump material included biotite quartz diorite, gneiss and quartzite with minor Mn, Fe & Cu stains. The first 50 feet of the lower adit is in Quaternary breccia-conglomerate with many boulders of granitic rock. The breccia-conglomerate is in fault contact with cataclastite. The contact is vertical. The first 30 feet is in breccia-conglomerate. At 40 feet a shear zone strikes N60E and dips 40S. At 50 feet the shear strikes E and is vertical. At 75 feet the shear strikes E and is vertical. Associated rocks include granite. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.

Workings include underground openings with a length of 243.84 meters. The lower adit is 100 feet long and trends S. The upper adit, 75 feet higher in elevation, and 200 feet S of the lower adit, was driven N10E. Adit is caved at 100 feet.
