A limestone (dimension) deposit located in the NW¼ sec. 10, T1N, R4W, SBM, 3.1 km (1.9 miles) SSE of Marshall Peak (coordinates of record), on the divide between Waterman Canyon on the E and Sycamore Canyon on the W, along the southern margin of the San Bernardino Mountains, on the W side of highway 18, within the city's corporate limits, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
