A former Cu-Pb-W-Ag-Zn occurrence/mine located in sec. 29 & 30, T14N, R16E, SBM, about 5.6 km NNE of Drum Peak and about 6 km SW of Barnwell, ENE of Keystone Spring and S of the mouth of Keystone Canyon, on federal reservation land (Mojave National Preserve/East Mojave National Scenic Area). Operated during 1951. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in dolomite and granite. The ore body is 2.13 meters wide. Local rocks include Cambrian marine rocks.
Workings include underground openings comprised of a NW-trending adit at 300 feet long, small stopes and a 50 foot winze.
Production data are found in: Wright, L. A. (1953).
The only production was a small shipment of concentrates.
