A Fe-Ti occurrence located in the N½ sec. 16, T3S, R6E, SBM, 2.2 km (1.4 miles) NNW of Sky Valley (town), at the southern margin of the Little San Bernardino Mountains. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.
Mineralization is hosted in gneiss and schist. The ore body is lenticular. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
