A Cu-Au-Mo-Ag occurrence located in the SW¼ sec. 1, T2S, R22E, SBM, on the N end of the western Riverside Mountains, along the W side of the mouth of Big Wash, on Bureau of Land Management administered land (located claim). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Precambrian igneous and metamorphic rock complex.
