A former Cu-Au-Ag mine located in sec. 12, T22N, R6E, MDM, 1.7 km (5,700 feet) SW of Glazer Point, along Glazer Creek, about 20 miles from Susanville, Indian Valley, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10,000 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in slate and porphyry. The ore body strikes NE and dips 80E at 1.22 meters thick and 914.4 meters long. The footwall is Calaveras slates and the hanging wall is porphyry (possibly schists). The rock in which the Cu bodies are found is largely epidote filled with small grains of native copper. The kidneys show large lumps on native Cu, with red oxide and carbonates. Local rocks include Paleozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 3 (Northwestern Sierra Nevada) and/or Permian marine sedimentary rocks, unit 2 (Northwestern Sierra Nevada).

Workings include underground openings (30 foot deep shaft and a 40 foot tunnel on the Pocahontas claim; a 40 foot incline on the Minnehaha claim. Other workings consist of 7 open cuts at intervals of 100 feet.

Analytical data showed $5 Au, $3 Ag and $6 Cu (period values), from various openings.
