A Au occurrence/mine located in the SE¼SE¼NE¼ sec. 20, T29N, R12E, MDM, 6.2 km (3.9 miles) NE of Diamond Mountain, on the W side of Lassen Creek. Operated by Tro Emerson. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Workings exposed sheared granitic rock and quartz veins impregnated with small to large masses of pyrite with a low Au content. Local geologic formations include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 120 foot tunnel and a curving drift 350 feet long.
