A former lode Au-Ag occurrence/mine located in sec. 1, T30S, R40E, MDM, about 2 km S of Johannesburg and about 2.6 km SE of Randsburg. The property is comprised of 1 claim. Owned by the Treasure Hill Mining Company, Bakersfield, California. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in schist. The ore body strikes N30E, N55E and dips 60SE at a thickness of 1.83 meters. There are 2 veins, each 1 to 2 feet thick. It was reported that the mineralized vein, at 6 feet thick, was cut at 400 feet of depth. At 480 feet the shaft cut a N-S fracture that was filled with quartz, calcite and mineralized with pyrite. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include surface and underground openings with an overall depth of 182.88 meters and comprised of a 2-compartment shaft with levels at 400 and 500 feet.
