A former lode Au occurrence/mine located in the NW¼ sec. 6, T10N, R12W, SBM, on the N slope of Soledad Mountain, on private (patented) land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in rhyolite. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
