An U-V occurrence located in approximate central sec. 21, T40N, R21E, G&SRM, about 3.7 km (2.3 miles) SSW of Hunts Mesa (coordinates of record). The geographic coordinates presented are approximate to the center of sec. 21.
Mineralization is a U-V deposit with carnotite-type, and secondary copper minerals ore hosted in a 150 foot long by 20 foot deep paleochannel of
Shinarump Member filling, trending E-W in the Moenkopi Formation. Silicified
wood is present. Radiation is 10x background.
