A mine located at Bou-Beker.
It should be noted that the Zellidja lead smelter is actually located in the mining village of Oued El Heimer which is about 16 km west of Touissit.
The Zellidja tailings storage facility which once covered some 96,335 m² was filled with waste that was mainly provided by the mines of Sidi Bou-Beker and Touissit in Morocco, plus waste from ore sourced from the mines of El Abed and Aïn Arko in Algeria.
