A Cu-Au-Ag-Mo-Zn deposit located in the NW¼ sec. 4, T10S, R3E (Vekol Mts 15 minute topo map) and in sec. 33, T9S, R3E, about 3½ miles W of Kohakt and about 1½ Miles SW of the Reward Mine. Discovered 1965.

Mineralization is hypogene enrichment with minor oxidation and supergene enrichment. The ore zone strikes N45E and dips 10W, at 259.08 meters thick, 106.68 meters depth-to-top, 670.56 meters wide and 914.4 meters long. Precambrian through Devonian age rocks were mineralized by solutions associated with Laramide porphyries. The porphyries themselves contain only minor mineralization. Oxidation and supergene enrichment are relatively minor. Ore control was diabase and sedimentary rocks near the contact of Laramide stock, and fracturing. Host rock unit is Pinal Schist; the Apache group; Martin Limestone; Bolsa Quartzite and the Abrigo formation. Related structures are major fracture control complex faulting and tilting. The mineralized area covers about a quarter section on the easterly sloping pediment at the NE edge of the Vekol Mountains.

Ore reserves were estimated at 45,351,000 metric tons of ore (1978).
