Ref.: Dings, M.G. & Robinson, C.S. (1957), Geology and Ore Deosits of the Garfield Quadrangle, Colorado, USGS PP 289: 89 and Plate 1.

A fairly small mine with a caved adit located on the west side of Columbus Gulch. It has an estimated 750 feet of workings.

Mineralization is sulfides in quartz monzonite.
