A former underground Zn-Pb-Au-Ag-Cu mine. Produced 1938-1948. NOTE: The Groom Creek Quad has placed the Sundance Mine on the Senator Patented claims.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. No alteration was noted.

Area structures include foliation in Precambrian rocks that trends N35E to N50E. Dikes and veins parallel to foliation.
