A former underground Cu-Mo mine located in secs. 11 & 12, T3S, R13E, along Mineral Creek about ¾ mile ENE of the Ray Mine and about 2¼ miles SW of Scott Mountain, on private land.
Mineralization is a breccia pipe hosted in Pinal Schist and the Pioneer Shale and Scanlon Conglomerate of the Apache Group. The pipe measures 243.84 meters thick, 60.96 meters wide and 182.88 meters long. Ore control was brecciation. Associated rock is the Granite Mountain Porphyry. The breccia contains schist, shale, & diabase fragments and is erratically mineralized. Pebble dikes cutting the breccia contain fragments of the same rocks plus porphyry. The pipe is cut by a rhyodacite porphyry dike
Workings include at least 2 shafts according to topo maps.
