A former underground Cu-Pb-Au-Ag mine. Produced 1903-1929. Claims extend into sec. 22.

Mineralization is orecontroled by faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation and enrichment at near surface. Alteration was minor.

Area structures include veins parallel to the foliation or cross-cuts it at slight angles. Foliation in Proterozoic metamorphic rocks trends slightly east of north to N30E.
