Structure: Ne-Trending Fault; Other Structures Noted Trend N20-40w, 90; N80e, 75se; N-S, 40e.
Deposit: Upper adit on ridge explores n50e shear zone which appears to flatten and roll over. It is dipping 70 n W at portal. Rock is highly sheared with iron and manganese oxides on fractures. Clay and alunite (?) occur on some fracture surfaces. Most old adits trend n30-40w, extending back under area covered by rhyolite at surface
Deposit type: Polymetallic veins
Development: Produced from 1873-?; revived in 1905, 1907. Recent work (1982) has consisted of sampling dumps, some underground rehabilitation, not very extensive
