Structure: Deposit In Upper Plate Of Roberts Mtn Thrust Imbricate Thrusts, High Angle Faults, Capping Elder Sandstone
Alteration: Quartz Monzonite Is Argillically Altered
Deposit: Turquoise forms veinlets along bedding planes and fills fraftures inchert the deposit was discovered in 1939 and four flaims were located. Developement is limited to several open cuts and a caved adit. Unique was the occurrence of boulders lying on the surface revealed high-grade turquoise seams when broken.
Development: 4 claims located
Geology: An alterred quartz monzonite sill intrudes dark cherty beds which strike n60 E dipping 30 s. Turquoise forms veinlets along bedding planes & filling fractures in chert
