A former surface and underground Hg mine north of Bowman's camp on property owned by Mr. Bowman.
Mineralization is cinnabar in a tabular orebody.
A NE-trending Precambrian sedimentary and volcanic sequence, including Red Rock rhyolite, phyllites and siltstones. A E-trending jasper band, approximately 50 meters wide cuts thriough dacite tuff breccia. The mine is near the jasper.
Mineralization is inan area of schist lying NW of the jasper belt.
