A Cu-U-Fluorspar deposit located in the SE¼ sec. 14, T5N, R16E, along the S side of the Salt River about 2¾ miles WSW of the Cibecue Creek - Salt River Draw confluence with the Salt River (downstream of) and about 6¼ air miles WNW of the highway 77 bridge. NOTE: Alternate coordinates provided: 33.79583N, 110.71417W (coordinates used from MRDS file #10282524 correspond to the description of the physical location while those from file #10065095 place the locality nowhere near the supposed actual location).

Mineralization is a fissure vein deposit hosted in metasedimentary rocks. The fissure vein locally contains dark purple fluorite, chalcopyrite, and pyrite.
An associated rock unit is diabase.
