A former underground Ag-Cu-Pb mine located almost exactly on the western boundary of the Bradshaw Mountains quadrangle. Discovered 1894. Claims extend into the W½ sec. 32.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. The silver ore is very rich in a nearly vertical vein that appears to follow the fissile clay slate country rock, in part silicified. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. No alteration was noted.

Area structures include dikes and veins parallel to foliation in Precambrian rocks which trends N10W to N-S.

Workings include a 300 foot deep shaft & a tunnel.
