A former underground Pb-Au-Ag-Cu-Zn mine located on Mount Union, ¼ mile SW of the summit, at 7,400 feet of altitude. Reopened 1906. Patented claims extend into sec. 1, T12N, R2W and sec. 6 & 7, T^12N, R1W.

Mineralization is a tabular ore body hosted in Bradshaw Granite cut by many dikes of rhyolite porphyry. Two veins are reported. One is from 6 to 10 feet wide. Several Precambrian quartz-tourmaline veins also cut the granite. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. No alteration was noted.

Workings include an 800 foot deep shaft and a lower tunnel. Production was some $200,000 (by some statements)(period values).
