A former underground Au-Ag-Cu-Pb mine located on the ridge SW of the Jessie Mine, South of McCabe. Started in the 1860's. Reopened 1900-1914. Owned at times, or in part, by Judge Wells of Prescott (1926); and, the Southern Exploration Co. (1932-1933).

Mineralization is a continuation of the Union vein, rather lenticular to several feet wide, striking ENE.

Workings include a 500 foot deep shaft inclined about 80º and developed on 5 levels. A 10-stamp mill was shared with the Dividend mine.
