A placer Au occurrence/mine located in the NW¼NW¼ sec. 18, T40N, R8E, G&SRM, 8.0 km (5.0 miles) NE of Marble Canyon (town), along the Paria River near its confluence with the Colorado River, on National Recreation Area land.

Mineralization is a placer Au deposit. Local rocks include rocks of the Glen Canyon Group.
