A former Cu-Mo surface and underground mine located in the S of center sec. 3 & sec. 10, T8S, R18E, 1500 feet W of the Copper Prince, about 1½ miles N of W from Copper Creek ghost town and about 0.8 miles N of Copper Creek (stream), on private land. Claims extend into sec. 10 and into the Copper Prince Mine.

Mineralization is breccia pipes at joint intersections in Gory Hole volcanics and Copper Creek granodiorite. The primary ore zone is 33.53 meters long, 21.34 meters wide, with a depth-to-bottom 182.88 meters. This mine explores 3 closely spaced breccia pipes. Dimensions above are for the main pipe. The second pipe is 100 feet diameter; the third is small. Layering of fragments dips N at 25-35°. There is sparse supergene Cu staining; largely devoid of Cu minerals. Weed (1913) reported sulfide ore of good grade on the 200 level. Alteration is andesite altered to quartz and sericite. The orebodies are pipe-like. Fractured Glory Hole Volcanics are in sharp, nearly vertical, curved contact with Fe & Cu stained breccia. Breccia is unsorted with platy fragments 1-6 inches diameter and blocks 1-10 feet. There is no fine-grained matrix; voids. Related structures are faults striking E-W, N60°E and N10°W and NNW-trending block faults. The breccia pipe contact shows no evidence of movement.

Workings are 198.12 meters deep and are comprised of one shaft, several levels (only one now accessible), no stopes.

Assay data: In general assays less than 3% Cu where found below the 200 level inthe oxidized and leached zones.
