Structure: San Mateo Fault A Sharp Anticlinal Fold That Parallels The San Mateo Fault
Tectonics: Chaco Slope
Deposit: The ore is found in redistributed ore bodies in three horizons along the flank of an anticlinal fold parallel to the san mateo fault. It is also related to a facies change.
Development: Holmquist (1970) reports 18 unpatented claims cover the south 3000 feet of section 14. He gives no names.
Geology: The ore occurs in the poison canyon sandstone of the brushy basin member of the morrison formation.
