A former surface and underground W-Cu-Au-Ag-Pb-Mo-Be mine located in the SE¼ sec. 35, T.8N., R.3W. (Red Picacho 7.5 minute topo map),
upper San Domingo Wash, 13 miles East of Morristown and about ¾ mile North of Buena Vista claim.

Mineralization is a lenticular ore body hosted in fine-grained, sericitic schist striking Eastward and dipping 65ºN. It contains several zones bearing scheelite. The principal outcrop is traceable for 100 feet (30 meters). Ore control was schistosity. Alteration includes an epidote-garnet skarn zone, silicification and seritization.

Area structures include schist which strikes E with a N north. Cross fractures are also mineralized.

Workings include a shallow cut and a short adit.
