Outcrop of a gold-bearing quartz vein.
Located in the Teufenbachgraben (Höllgraben), just southeast of the Roßbachgraben where a similar mineralization has been tried in the past.
From Bad Sankt Leonard you drive N for 5.1 km, turn NE and cross the Lavant and continue NE for 1.6 km and then turn E into the Höllgraben which has a length of about 2 km.
Wiessner, H. (1950) cites records which describe that gold had been panned in the creek called Teufenbach in the 16th century (quote : Die Gebrüder Johann und Christof Weitmoser wuschen Gold im Teufenbach ).
