Located approximately 6.4 miles (10.3 kilometers) south of Pinehurst, Idaho near the mouth of Douglas Creek.

The US Bureau of Mines lists the production of this mine from 1916-1972 as being 167,000 tons of ore containing 305,000 ounces of silver, 7,460,000 pounds of lead, 21,264,000 pounds of zinc, 71,000 pounds of copper, and 270 ounces of gold.
